See more The original rim material of this vintage steering wheel had melted and was virtually non-existent due to fire. We fitted the wheel with a brand new steel rim and we reformed the spokes to retain the original characteristics and contours. See more This vintage steering wheel was corroded and the spokes were dislodged from the rim. We made new attachment blocks, reattached the rim and reformed the steering wheel, while maintaining the original contours and finger flutes. We completed the job by applying gloss black plastic.

This particular Austin Healey was the very first ever imported into Sweden and was meticulously restored by Magnus Karlsson and his team.
